Multi-Sport (6 - 9)
Improve movement and skills with fun sports and games that are adapted to meet youth's needs and abilities.
Mon 5:15 - 6:15pm Youth Racquetball (7-18) Racquetball is a fun energetic sport for all ages and abilities. Racquetball can be entered into recreationally or competitively. Lessons are for youth aged 7-18 years old. Introductory lessons are for those who have not played before, and wish to learn the basic skills and rules. Introductory Classes Follows Sessions 1-5 dates Mon 4:00-5:00pm M: $10 NM: $35 Advanced Classes Advanced lessons will introduce strategies to advance in skill level and will give youth drills in order to improve. Sessions for advanced racquetball classes only are as follows: Session 1: Sept 14 - Dec 20, 2009 Multi Bounce - Advanced
Sat 10:00-11:00am M: $15 NM: $40 Single Bounce - Competitive Sat 10:30 - 12:00pm M: $20 NM: $45 Dodgeball (10 - 15) Come out for a night of fun where participants learn and play different variations of dodgeball.
Gymnastics (6 - 13) Basic artistic skills are taught through fun, fitness and fundamentals. skills are taught in a non-competitive environment. Please note that this is not a badge program.
Thurs 4:00-5:00pm
Youth Strength Training (12 - 17) Youth will discover the health benefits of resisitance traoining while learning safe techniques. Youth will be instructed and supervised by certified trainers. Youth must be 14+ and have either received an orientation, personal training session or completed YST in order to gain access to the fitness center. Youth 12-14 must complete yst and be supervised by an adult to gain access to fitness Center. Session 2: Jan 4 - April 25, 2010

Sat 9 - 10am Co-Ed Floor Hockey (7 - 13) This is an opportunity for youth to come out and play some recreational games of floor hockey.
Drop in TGIF (6 - 12) Run September 12, 2008 - June 26, 2009 Supervised open gym, followed by open swim.
