Session 2: $65.00 Baby Boot Camp Session 1: Sept 14 - Oct 31, 2009 Session 2: July 7 - Aug 26, 2010 Wed 10:30 - 11:15am Bring your little one in a snuggly, backpack or stroller and head out for a circuit training workout. This complete body workout will leave you energized for the rest of the day. Classes take place at the river bottom, weather permitting.
Golf Fit Conditioning (16+) Get the most out of your golf season. Prepare your body with strength and endurance exercises, balance, core and flexibility. March 1 - April 25, 2010
Beginners Learn to Run (16+) This is a 7-week program to help the beginner get stronger and more confident running distances. It provides you with a progressive running program, resistance training tips and injury prevention. Whether it is for fun or competition, this program will set you on your way. Sept 14 - Oct 21, 2009

Basketball (16+) Runs Sept. 14, 2009 to June 13, 2010 Drop-in and enjoy playing a game. Participants are divided into teams each week. The program is supervised by a YMCA Volunteer. Wednesday, 8:30-10:30pm
