Run Fit Conditioning (16+) Learn how to improve your running with a personal weight training program, core conditioning and flexibility exercises during the off season months. Jan 4 - Feb 27, 2010
Triathlon Training (16+) Session 1: Sept 8 - Dec 14, 2009 Get involved in triathlon training with our new YMCA training group. The group meets 3 times /week to train on a bike, take a run, or go for a swim. 6 - 7 am Mon - Bike Baby Boot Camp Session 1: Sept 14 - Oct 31, 2009 Wed 10:30 - 11:15am Bring your little one in a snuggly, backpack or stroller and head out for a circuit training workout. This complete body workout will leave you energized for the rest of the day. Classes take place at the river bottom, weather permitting.
Golf Fit Conditioning (16+) Get the most out of your golf season. Prepare your body with strength and endurance exercises, balance, core and flexibility. March 1 - April 25, 2010
Beginners Learn to Run (16+) This is a 7-week program to help the beginner get stronger and more confident running distances. It provides you with a progressive running program, resistance training tips and injury prevention. Whether it is for fun or competition, this program will set you on your way. Sept 14 - Oct 21, 2009

Intermediate Running Group (16+) Fine tune your technique, improve your stamina and increase your distance, all while staying motivated with a group. Sept 14 - Dec 20, 2009 Cost: M: 35 Boxing - YMCA Boxing Association This program is designed to give participants confidence, self-defense, and a superior level of fitness. The program caters to both competitive and non-competitive levels. The Volunteer Coaches are certified to instruct through Alberta Amateur Boxing Association. This program is only available to YMCA Members. Program runs from Sept. 14, 2009 to July 30, 2010. Mon/Wed/Thurs 7:30-9:30pm
Basketball (16+) Runs Sept. 14, 2009 to June 13, 2010 Drop-in and enjoy playing a game. Participants are divided into teams each week. The program is supervised by a YMCA Volunteer. Wednesday, 8:30-10:30pm
Floor Hockey (16+) Runs Sept. 14, 2009 to June 13, 2010 Drop-in and enjoy playing a game. Participants are divided into teams each week. The program is supervised by a YMCA Volunteer. Sticks are not provided so please bring sticks with plastic blades. Monday, 8:30-10:30pm
