ABS, CORE & MORE
Increase balance and stability with exercises that focus on low back, abdominals and gluteal muscles
CYCLE FIT CLASS
This is an aerobic workout using a variety of intensity levels and drills on stationary bikes.
YOGA CLASS
Yoga moves will help you build flexibility, strength and balance. This class incorporates relaxation, stress management and breathing techniques.
CARDIO STEP WORKOUT
This is an aerobic workout that utilizes a variety of moves on a step bench.
SPORT CONDITIONING
A high cardio class working on agility, coordination, power, and core strength with a variety of equipment and drills
MUSCLE STRENGHT AND ENDURANCE
A muscle workout that challenges both upper and lower body muscles. No cardio involved.
WATERFIT CLASS
This is a shallow water fitness class working on cardiovascular and muscle strength and core components.
DEEP WATER JOG CLASS
This is a deep water fitness class where the body is suspended by a floatation belt giving you a rigorous cardio workout as well as some muscle strength and core.
FUSION
This class is a blend of yoga and Pilates that will challenge you strength, flexibility, and balance. Class will finish off with relaxation and breathing techniques.
POWER WALKING
This is a non-choreographed cardio class that incorporated a full body workout. Everyone can work at their own pace while having fun.
SUPER CURCIUT
This class runs your body through a full strength workout using exercise balls, tubing, weights, benches and so much more. No cardio involved.
STRETCH & RELAXATION
Use this class to unwind built up tension and rejuvenate yourself for the weekend. A balance of yoga moves, long deep stretches, and relaxation techniques will set you on your way.
