Program Registration
Registration for all programs starts on the Friday at 9:00 am, one month prior to the start of the session.
Registration can be taken:
1. In person at the Front desk. Starting at 9am
Registration is taken for members and nonmembers. If you are a member, you will need to provide your current membership card at the time of registration. Your membership must extend to the end of the session to be registered as a member. Any fee must be paid at the time of registration.
2. Over the phone. Please note that over the phone registration does not start until 10:00 am on the Friday.
Have your Visa or MasterCard ready. When you call in to register, you will be put onto a priority call list. The YMCA will call you back in the order calls are received. All programs must be paid for at the time of registration.
GST
Program and service fees are subject to GST where applicable.
Waiting List Guidelines
- Programs are available on a first-come, first serve basis.
- People on waiting list will only be phoned if a spot becomes available. Classes may be added to accommodate these lists.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If you cancel your registration, there will be a $25.00 administration fee. Letters of Credit will be issued if the administration fee exceeds the program fee.
- If you cancel your registration after the session starts with a note from your medical doctor, your refund will be pro-rated from the time you cancel your registration.
- If you cancel your registration after the session starts without a note from your medical doctor, no refund will be given.
- For all cancellations done prior to the start of session a Letter of Credit can be issued for the full amount of the course. Letters of Credit cannot be redeemed for cash after issue.
- Participants will receive full refunds for courses cancelled by the YMCA.
Please Note
- Children must be age listed in the brochure when the course starts.
- The YMCA reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine classes based on enrollment. Refunds or Letters of Credit will be issued where applicable.
