Richard's career with the YMCA began in 1984 in Medicine Hat. Since then he has worked in

Brockville, Brandon, and started at the Lethbridge YMCA in 2000. He has been involved in Preschool, Youth, Camps, and Adult Fitness. Richard works closely with each department head and the Board of Directors to accomplish goals, and carry out major fund raising campaigns.

JAIME GRIFFIN - Program Manager

Jaime began her career with the Lethbridge YMCA as the Aquatics Director in 1998. In September 2006 she took the position of Program Manager. In addition to her supervisory

responsibilities, she also teaches First Aid and CPR courses, advanced aquatics, and fitness classes.

PAM HAAPA-AHO - Fitness Director

Pam started volunteering in the Youth and Fitness departments at the Lethbridge YMCA in 1996. Throughout her career she has been Camp Director, Youth and Adult Fitness Director, and in 2007 became the Fitness Director. Pam also coordinates special events, offers school,

community and sport specific workshops, and teaches fitness leadership courses.

CHAR SCHOW - Front Desk Director

Char started volunteering with the Lethbridge YMCA in 1982. She has worked in Aquatics, Preschool and Youth Camps, Maintenance, Fitness, and Customer Services between Lethbridge and Medicine Hat. She started as Director in June 2008.

KAILEY MACLENNAN - Aquatics Director

Kailey's career with the Lethbridge YMCA began in July 2009.  In addition to her supervisory responsibilities, she also teaches aquatic fitness classes, first aid, swim lessons and lifeguards.

Sarah started with the Lethbridge YMCA in 2002. She has been involved in the Youth and Preschool departments, camps, and Stryvers. Sarah started as the Director in 2007. In addition to her supervisory responsibilities, Sarah also teaches fitness classes.

AL TRIPP - Maintenance Director

Al started with the Lethbridge YMCA in October 2005. He has had a huge impact on the quality and performance of the maintenance department, and has volunteered his time to help out in

other areas. Al took the position as director in 2007.

MARCIE FELLGER - Customer Service Manager

Marcie began her career with the Lethbridge YMCA in 1999.  She started working at the front desk and youth department and was later promoted to Customer Service Supervisor.  In 2007, Marcie took the position of Customer Service Manager.
